SCT Consulting mission objectives is

• To provide clinical research services to pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations requiring monitoring, project management, auditing, and training services
• To increase clinical research resources, namely, clinical research associates through capacity development.
This objective will be achieved through:
— formal and on-the-job training of individuals in possession of a basic science degree/diploma
— Nurturing the growth of employees to develop to their full capacity.
• To provide clinical research services with integrity and professional attitudes.

SCT Consulting aims to attract passionate, motivated, conscientious individuals to embrace the challenges of working in the clinical research industry. Clinical Research associates in the employ of SCT Consulting are benefited with close training experience with Savi Chetty-Tulsee. On completion of the training program, the employee is then given the opportunity to give back by training a new employee and so forth. This planned route of training within is intentioned to increase the clinical research resource of CRAs in South Africa.
